BBQ Hood is in

Cabinets are going in!

The cabinet bases are in, interior painting has started. The granite counter tops are being finished. TheBBQ hood venting is all fabricated and ready to be installed.

Flooring is being installed

The drywall is finished and the ceramic tile flooring is being installed. The outside stucco is also done. Not much longer before it's done.

Dry Wall is going in

Dry wall is up and the prep for stucco is finished.

The stucco will be applied on Saturday and the final taping and dry wall finish will be done on Monday

Floors and cabinetry will be next.

Final Sprinkler Heads

Here are the final sprinkler heads - Once we paint the pipe a matching brown color, the sprinklers will not be very noticeable.

Insulation inspection on Monday (8/23) and drywall starts on Tuesday!!!

Finally - Sprinklers Approved!

After a 6 week delay, the Fire Marshall approved the sprinkler design. They installed the sprinklers on Tuesday. The heads that are shown are only temporary, until they finish the "bucket test". Then, much smaller brass heads will be installed.
